Shipping

All orders over the value of R295 qualify for free delivery anywhere in South Africa. Orders are shipped via courier service and typically take 1 to 4 working days depending on the address within South Africa. Should your delivery address reside outside of our courier network, your order will be shipped by speed services to your nearest post office.
Orders are dispatched within 24hrs, Monday to Friday. Orders received on a weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Please supply a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for receipt of your order.

Deliveries to plots, mines, embassies, game parks and government departments will attract an extra surcharge. In this case we will contact you and advise you on the additional charge before shipping your goods. We unfortunately do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.

International orders are shipped at a flat rate of R150 per order. Typically delivery takes 7 to 14 working days depending on the destination country. International orders are shipped via registered postal services. Once your order has been shipped we will forward you the tracking information. Upon arrival in your country please be aware that some goods may attract customs duty. Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions, international deliveries may be delayed. We will endeavour to ship your orders as quickly as legally possible.

Payment

All payments are securely processed through Payfast, where you are able to pay via credit card, debit card or EFT.

Exchanges and Returns

Should you wish to return any item for a refund, please send an email within 7 days to hello@unknowneyewear.com upon which you will receive a returns form to be completed. Returns must be sent via courier to 45d Kloof Street, Gardens, Cape Town, 8001. Items will only be accepted for return should they be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a completed returns form. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that only the value of the goods will be credited or refunded. Should you wish to do an exchange you will receive a credit coupon, exclusive of the shipping cost, to apply for your next purchase.

Order Status

You will be notified via email once your order has been confirmed. You will also receive a second email once your order been shipped along with your order tracking number. Please check your spam folder should you not hear from us after receiving confirmation of your order.
